How does this work?

Browse our website and select your desired Luxe Picnic Package. Fill out our booking form with your requested date, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm if your date is available.

Can I bring food?

Yes you may bring your own food, we will provide plates, glassware, flatware and linen napkins. We also provide complimentary ice, sparkling water and lemonade. Please no red color food or drinks.

What if there is bad weather?

We ask that you have a back up indoor location in case of heavy rain or storms. If you do not have an indoor location your picnic can be rescheduled within 60 days ( pending availability)

Is alcohol permitted?

We do not provide alcohol and most parks and beaches prohibit alcohol consumption. It is the client’s responsibility to check park rules regarding alcohol consumption prior to booking. Boujee Pop-Ups takes no responsibility for alcohol consumption of the clients or guests or possible penalties and or fines that may apply.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit for all picnics in order to secure date and time. If you need to cancel your event please contact us within 72 hours of your picnic. For weather related cancellations you may reschedule your picnic within 60 days (pending availability). We will also check the forecast 24-48 hours prior and contact you if rain is in the forecast. For non weather related cancellations you may reschedule within 7 days (pending availability) Due to blocking off time specifically for your picnic we do not offer refunds for cancellations.

What happens on the day of the picnic?

You will get a text reminder 3 hours prior to the start of your picnic confirming the time and location. We will arrive at the location  1 hour prior to start time for set up. Enjoy your luxury styled picnic for 2 hours. We will return at the conclusion for pick-up/clean up.

What are my payment options?

Payments will be accepted online for your convenience. Acceptable payment methods are Zelle, Venmo and Cash App. Checks and cash payments will not be accepted. To book a Luxe Picnic package a 50% deposit will be required upon booking and the balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the date of the picnic.
